Welcome to the 5th Annual Embroidery Schola!

This year will follow the pattern of the last four. We will have classes on a variety of embroidery topics, spanning from complete beginner classes to more advanced techniques. Whether you are new to the art or have been plying your needle tirelessly and want to learn a new technique, there will be something for everyone.

 

embroidery scholaThe schedule includes a day of classes focused on all forms of needlework and embroidery. There will be classes for all levels of skill. Embroiderers are encouraged to bring their work to add to the display of needlework, and to present at the guild panel at the end of the day.

Please bring something to share for our potluck lunch with a card stating what it is and what is in it.

Site opens at 9:30 AM

10 AM – 12 PM — Morning Class Blocks
12 PM -1 PM — Lunch break (Main area)
1 PM – 4 PM — Afternoon Class Blocks
4 PM – 6 PM — Athena’s Thimble Embroidery Guild Panel (Main area – Show and Tell, open to all)

There will be an area set aside on the lower level for displaying projects.

Directions:

From points South and/or from the Mass Pike: take 495N to exit 25 for MA-62W (Berlin/Clinton)

Turn left onto Sawyer Hill Road. Turn right onto Village Lane/Village Court. Village Lane turns into Village Court.

From points North, take 495S to exit 26, and follow the above directions.
